Sagar Thakar (born on June 30, 1982) of Surat, Gujarat, along with his friend Kanak Barsadia, set a record for the longest single country expedition of 60,830 kilometers. During his car expedition, he covered almost all the states of India, starting on March 20, 2017 and completing the expedition on May 12, 2017. The record stands confirmed on July 18, 2019.
