Noida Authority, Uttar Pradesh, India set a record for making ‘the largest spinning wheel using plastic scrap’, weighing 1650 kg. The spinning wheel, which measures 20ft × 8ft is 14ft high and is made up of 1250 kilograms of plastic waste. The initiative was taken to promote Swachh Bharat Mission, as confirmed on October 19, 2019.
