Send us the documentation

1. The documents must be filled by the Record holder in his/her own handwriting.
2. The documentation of a Record Holder should also include newspaper cuttings, News Channel Coverage (if available), video documentation on VHS or DVD and photographs (good quality) and logbook (for marathon category)

Verification process

After Verification process your record will be included on our website and year book if we received no updated records by the last date of submission of application.

Rules and Regulations:

1. You need to be at least 18 yrs old to submit this application form if your are not then your parents /guardian needs to sign it.
2. All documentation needs to be in English if it’s in any other language it needs to be translated!
3. You must to provide all the requested information in the e-mail form, to get an answer from us; we need all these information in order to speed up the process and to check your application.
4. Additional original documents, more photos and the original video file will still be required by mail - after we review your application;
5. Measurements needs to taken by a Gazetted officer or they should be notified from a notary.
